Furever Home Dog Sanctuary will be at the Deerfield Farmer’s Market, and we NEED YOUR HELP!

Saturday, August 12th. There are 2 ways that you can help at this event:

1. Sign up to volunteer:  We are looking for 3 volunteers to help per shift: (6:30-9:45am and 9:45-1pm).  If you’re able to assist, please email us which shift you are available for.
2. Bake or make: We would love for people to bake dog treats (there are tons of recipes online, just please beware that if you use peanut butter, it cannot have xylitol in it because it is toxic to dogs) or make dog toys (there are tons of DIY dog toy options online too!).  If we bring dog treats and dog toys to the farmers market, it will attract attention and we can give them away in exchange for a donation.  If you bake dog treats, please make sure they are packaged in bags so they’re ready to “sell”.
